Very interesting discussion. A technical issue was that the sound for Dan Sawyer wasn't very good this time. I love his input so that was kind of frustrating in this episode.

I did not think much of the comments made regarding the increasing nuclearization of the family. Perhaps it is because I am a man but I find the concept of the man as head of his household alluring. Nuclearization and male authority have not expanded universally, but I think it is has in Christian segments of society. These are positive trends in my unbiased male opinion
